Gluten free, easy to make Christmas bread with lovely spice and gives that lovely Christmas feeling this 1. December.
One bread 13x16cm 150C center of the oven for 45 min.
1 dl buckwheat flower
3 dl chickpea flower
1 dl sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fibrex
1 tablespoon oat bran
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp anise
25 g dry yeast
2 dl water
First you mix all the dry ingredients together, then you mix in the water.
Put the mixture in a tin 13x16cm, and leave it for one hour.
Then set in the center of the oven and let it stand for 45 min.
Let the bread rest after cooking for about 20 min. Enjoy.
