Sharing with you my pecan jolly breakfast. This reminds me so much of the mixed roasted honey nuts we have for Christmas. 

Pecan nuts have lots of fiber and antioxidants that boost your body. All the fiber promotes colon and helps to clean the gastrointestinal system, and also can prevent constipation. It is a good helper if you need to lose weight because it increases the metabolism. It also has anti-inflammatory benefits because of the magnesium level in pecan nuts. And the best thing is that it tastes just great.

Pecan Breakfast For 2 Prep.time: 10 min
Ingredients:200g pecan nuts

100g pistachio nuts

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp Himalia salt


50g oat

100g water

100g almond milk

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp honey

Strawberry smoothie:

100g frozen strawberries

½ banana

½ cup almond milk



1.    Start by putting the pecan and pistachio nuts in the ovenproof dish, add the honey and salt and blend well. Put in the oven for 10-15 min on 200C.

2.    Put the ingredients to the oat meal in a bowl and cook for 7-10 min.

3.    Put all the ingredients to the smoothie in a blender and blend well.

4.    Now you are ready to order you layer of breakfast as you like.

5.    Enjoy!
