Today’s post is cranberries snack bars. I love these ones now for Christmas. They are great to use after exercise, and so healthy you could probably eat a bunch of them. Go below to the Continue link to get to the recipe.
|Christmas Raw Snack Bars||12 Snack Bars Time: 15 min|
|Layer 1;50g Hazelnut flour
50g Almond flour
50g Dates, remember to remove the stones
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Drop Lemon, Young Living
or ½ tsp lemon juice
|Method:Put all the ingredients in layer 1 in the food processor and mix well. Put it carefully in a cake tin.|
|Layer 2;1 Banana
8 Dates, remember to remove the stones
1 topped tbsp. crunzy peanut butter
Homemade chocolate (2 tbsp cocoa butter + 50g cocoa: Melt and mix together. Add some honey if you would like it to be sweeter)
I also use 85% Chocolate, but this contains some sugar.
Cranberries & peanuts
|Method:Put all the ingredients in layer 2 in the food processor and mix well. Put it carefully on top of layer one. Put in the freezer and leave for about 30 min.
Now take them out and cut into pieces.
Ready to decorate, and eat. Enjoy!
May stay in the freezer for about 2-3 months.
