I just love this jam. I use it in smoothies, on cereal and porridge. It is very easy to make.
4 red apples
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon water
Peel the apples and cut into chunks.
Put the tablespoon with water in the boil, then the apples and cinnamon.
Boil for 5 min. on high heat. Cook on medium-low heat for 30 min. Cool down the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the blender and blend for 2 min.
Now it is ready to put in the glass. Enjoy!
