Hi you, just had to share my plum nicecream with you today. Such a good detox smoothie, and tastes just yummy for the season. You find the recipe below under the Continue link.

Plum has a lot of good health benefits. It is rich in dietary fiber that is good for the digestive system. They are also rich in antioxidants, and they help in the production and absorption of iron, which leads to better blood circulation.  Regular consumption of plums can prevent macular degeneration and any other infection of the eye, in the long run. And it has a high content of Vitamin C.


I like to take my lunch breaks in my car. There is so much happening and lots of enjoying moments at work with the children, their parents, my coworkers, and just all the activities we are doing, so some quiet time is just perfect for 30 minutes, and then; ready – set – go.

Autumn plum Smoothie For 2 Prep.time: 10 min
300g frozen strawberries

6 dates, remember to remove the stones

1 passionfruit

3 red frozen plums, remember to remove the stones and chop them

3 cm ginger

2 cups orange juice

6 dates, remove the stone



Raw bowls:

100g hazelnut flour

10 dates, remember to remove the stones




1.     Start by putting all the ingredients in the blender.

2.     Remember to remove the stones from the dates, and to peel and cut the ginger.

3.     Blend well.

4.     To make the bowls just put the ingredients in the food processor and blend well. Then make bowls. Tastes just delicious.

5.     Enjoy!
