A lovely Monday to you. Hope you have had a nice weekend and that your week has had a good start. Posting my breakfast smoothie from this morning. I have called it Autumn Smoothie, simply because I just love this season. And the juice is a mix from grapes and grapefruit.

4 dates, remove the stones
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cm ginger
50g Black berries
1 tbsp Raw cocoa
1 tsp peanut butter
Bananas, walnuts, 85% chocolate, peanut butter
1. Start by putting all the ingredients in the blender.
2. Remember to remove the stones from the dates, and to peel and cut the ginger.
3. Blend well.
