Hi you lovely ones. Hope you have had a wonderful weekend and a lovely start on the week. I am sad to say that the first winter day in Norway was on the 14. October, but I still think it is autumn.


Carrots are known to boost the immune system since it is a rich source of vitamin C, by improving the digestion and detoxifying the body. It increases the health of our skin and have the benefit to improve the eyesight because it is rich in vitamin A. I have some problem with my eyes in the morning because of the dim light, and find it quite helpful when I put carrots on the menu. Furthermore, it is rich in Vitamin K, iron, copper and manganese and B8.



Avocado & Carrot Smoothie For 2 Prep.time: 10 min
1 avocado

1 carrot

2 tsp chlorella

¼ cucumber

1 handful frozen spinach

2 cups pear juice


Blueberries, peanuts, baby carrots




1.    Start by putting all the ingredients in the blender.

2.    Blend well.

3.    Enjoy!
