A wonderful day to you. Sharing my avocado smoothie with you today. Just love this recipe. Lots of good ingredients and benefits to give the body a boost. In this smoothie I have put banana. Bananas make you smarter, not that you need it, but just so you know. It has a high level of tryptophan that is converted into serotonin in our bodies, and that make us feel happy. It is amazing to use when you exercise because it helps the muscles to prevent getting cramps, and especially those nighttime cramps that I can get from time to time. So let’s go for bananas, so delicious and lots of benefits. Just mentioning some of them, but you can look up all the other benefits from bananas if you want to know more.

1 tbsp hazel nuts, crushed
1/2 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp Maca powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
2 dates, remember to remove the stones
Put all the ingredients in the blender, and blend well.
