A lovely new week to you. Sharing a repost of my pizza that I made in may last year. This is a very easy recipe to follow, and it is also without any gluten. A healthy choice in these January times where we have lots of new good commitments to taking better care of ourselves.
Hi, all You beautiful people. Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. We wanted a proper high cake last night, but we did not want to bake a whole big cake since we would not be able to eat it during the weekend. So, we made a small cake, and split it into four equal pieces, and put it layer by layer, until it became a quarter high cake that would suit us for the weekend. It tasted pretty delicious. So good in fact that the next time we are going away, I will make a whole high cake of this recipe.
I have always been very fond of burgers, and especially all the variations you can do with the content you put in them. This time I have had corn, celery and chickpea puree, and of course lots of fresh thyme. My favorite spice nowadays.
I use this oat bread both as a dessert and as a meal. It tastes delicious with applesaus, but then without raw cacao in the recipe. Otherwise, it is quite lovely to warm up and have with fruits, nuts and a little bit of syrup. It is easy to make.
I’ve become very fond of baking with chickpea flour and sesame seeds. This is an easy recipe that is quick to make. And that taste absolutely delicious with homemade jams.
I am very fond of this bread, and use it for soups, dinners and salads. It is very spicy, but you can reduce the amount of chili by how strong you want it. I made a large portion and put it in the freezer sliced in small squares.
Finally after many failed attempts was the bread perfect, and it tastes absolutely amazing. It is easy to make, and it stays fresh for several days.
We just love this sesame bread. It tastes so good and remain fresh for several days. It is easy to make and you kan put it in the freezer and it tastes just as good once you have defrosted it.
