Sharing with you my pecan jolly breakfast. This reminds me so much of the mixed roasted honey nuts we have for Christmas. 

Pecan nuts have lots of fiber and antioxidants that boost your body. All the fiber promotes colon and helps to clean the gastrointestinal system, and also can prevent constipation. It is a good helper if you need to lose weight because it increases the metabolism. It also has anti-inflammatory benefits because of the magnesium level in pecan nuts. And the best thing is that it tastes just great.

Oatmeal with Raspberry sauce on the breakfast menu today. Just love the red color on the raspberry sauce and it tastes just delicious. It is a very good breakfast to have the day after a good Christmas dinner. Makes the stomach work just perfectly and get it ready for the next lovely holiday meal. Happy Monday and hope you have a nice start on your week. I am so excited today because I got my delivery from Young Living had have added it to the smoothie recipe today. Recommend to try this, tastes just perfect.

I have the same feeling as my two-year-old girl at work always expresses; FUN; FUN; FUN. That was all she was saying the first time she spent alone in kindergarten, and she has continued to say so. Kind of gets to you having so much joy around you.

Lots of Christmas feeling these days, and just had to put a mix of nuts in the oven yesterday mixed in some Yukon honey. Just put in the center of the oven for about 5 min. at 200 C. Tasted so perfect that I also had some for breakfast today.
