Hi, all you wonderful and lovely people <3
Hope you have enjoyed your weekend, and that it has given you lots of good memories. Wish you a Monday full of love and courage, may all Gods blessings and favor be on your life today.
Pray that Gods peace and joy shall be our footprints today and touch every heart on our way. Let The Holy Spirit fill us with wisdom and the power to command the mighty word of God in every area of our lives <3
In Matthew 8 we find an amazing story about Jesus and a centurion. “Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him, saying, “Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented. ”And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”
The centurion knew that Jesus was The Son of God, and that a Word from him would do miracles. The centurion felt that he was not worthy of Jesus visiting his house, even so he reached out to Jesus, believing in who he was; asking for his miracle and knowing that Jesus would make it happen.
How beautiful it is that who we are or what we feel is not relevant in Gods Kingdom. And what a joy to know that what is relevant is who we believe in; Jesus Christ and his victory on the Cross. His name stands for so much; Messiah, Savior, Prince of peace, Great Commander, Son of God, Redeemer and so much more <3
If we go to 2 Chronicle 20.17 we find these amazing verses; “You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the LORD, who is with you… Do not fear or be dismayed;… for the LORD is with you.”
<3 I am so glad to know that most battles that we encounter, we can just stand still and see the salvation of Jesus Christ in action in our lives. The Lord is with us <3 And it does not stop there; By The Holy Spirit we can position ourselves with the right word for every situation we face; standing still in faith for the Lord is with us. <3
If you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as your savior, You can get to know him today. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3.16 “That if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10.9-10.
Today’s picture is of yesterday’s cake. I was trying out a new recipe for my lovely daughter’s birthday next week. She turns 18. I am so blessed to have such an amazing daughter.
