Lovely Sunday to you, and a wonderful 2. Advent. Just fancied a simple salad for breakfast this morning with some pomegranate, cranberry, blueberry, pomegranate and papaya.
Wish you an amazing Monday and a joyously start of the week.
I have set my mind and planes straight this week. Sometimes the time just fly away, and the week has just rushed away. So this week I will schedule more my activities, and hopefully be more productive.
Wish to encourage you to follow your dreams today. Be bold and dare to follow your heart’s desire. To things can happen; either you will learn how to fly, or God will catch you if you fall, and you will have the satisfaction that you pushed your limits, and the next step will be easier.
I do believe that our biggest problem is not that we try to live out our dreams, but that we stand just watching and hope someone will push us over the edge. That seldom happens, because we are the only one that is responsible for our own actions.
This weekend I made cauliflower salad and veggie sushi. My daughter is very fond of sushi, and I just cannot stand it. Sorry, but I have tried, but I love veggie sushi. Even though it cannot be called sushi then…
Hope you will enjoy the pictures. My daughter even liked it, so it has to be good. It is quite healthy, low on calories, and give good energy that lasts. I bought a green cauliflower this time. Just love the color. Cauliflower is good for the heart, and helps maintain the cardiovascular system. It is rich in calcium, rich in minerals, along with kale and broccoli it is a source to prevent cancer. It promotes weight loss and detox the body. So lots of cauliflowers for me this autumn.

Happy Friday. I hope you are having a wonderful day. Pray that God will meet all your needs and lift your circumstances so joy and peace will fill your day.
Lunch salad with cauliflower and sprouts is a good diet alternative. Tasty and healthy with lots of fiber and vitamins. Cauliflower is high on fiber and low on calories. Exceptional dieting food. The omega-3 and vitamin K makes it anti-inflammatory. It contains lots of vitamin B.

We have a strong fortress in the word in the bible. A fortress that makes us stand strong in all our circumstances when we rely on God’s word. Isaiah 26.1-4 “We have a strong city; God makes salvation its walls and ramparts.2 Open the gates that the righteous nation may enter, the nation that keeps faith.3 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.4 Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal.”
We have a Rock that we can rely on. Joh 1.1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John is referring to Jesus as the Word in this verse. Our Rock.
I loved the movie “Rocky” when it came out, and have seen it a dozen times. The movies great theme; that you can win against all odds if you do not give up. Well, I believe I am not the only one liking the movie, and liking that we need somebody that fights like “The Rock” to make us move forward.
But we have also an eternal Rock, Jesus Christ, and when we trust in his name and his word it becomes a mighty fortress.
Be blessed in all you do today. God is for you, He loves you and will do anything in his power to make you have a good life filled with joy and peace. Trust him <3
I wish you all a beautiful day full of God’s abundant blessings. I am looking forward to a drive to Sweden today where there are birthday parties and family reunions. Todays lunch salad is very simple; fruit, kale and tomatoes. Just love the colors.
Read in Jeremiah this morning, in 6:16 it says; “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”
God loves us so much that he gave his only son so we could receive all the blessings of God; mercy, forgiveness, love, purity, freedom, joy etc. Freedom to make actions. To say yes or no to what he has given us; freedom from darkness, freedom to live a life of Grace, joy, peace and forgiveness. When we choose to say yes, we choose actively to become familiar with and take part in who Jesus Christ is. When Jeremiah writes; ask for the ancient paths; he believes that through prayer, thanksgiving and worship, and by studying the Word of God; is us walking in the old paths. When we actively receive the blessings of God, we will find rest for our souls.
We are saved by Grace; we have been given a new life through Jesus Christ. Let us live this life through actively making the right choices every day as the wisdom of God’s Word gives us too.
Todays breakfast is also lunch. I had so much to do today, that i forgot all about the breakfast.
My heart is so set on Gods Grace for us these days. Life is all about Gods Grace. No matter who we are, what we have done, our how our circumstances is, He is our Grace.
Grace to be forgiven, Grace to give forgiveness, Grace to be set free, Grace to be healed, Grace to lift us from our circumstances, up on the mountain where he gives us his peace, love and guidance each day.
Colossians 1.13-14 “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”
To all you wonderful people out there, a lovely and blessed day!
