Lunch salad with cauliflower and sprouts is a good diet alternative. Tasty and healthy with lots of fiber and vitamins. Cauliflower is high on fiber and low on calories. Exceptional dieting food. The omega-3 and vitamin K makes it anti-inflammatory. It contains lots of vitamin B.

We have a strong fortress in the word in the bible. A fortress that makes us stand strong in all our circumstances when we rely on God’s word. Isaiah 26.1-4 “We have a strong city; God makes salvation its walls and ramparts.Open the gates that the righteous nation may enter, the nation that keeps faith.You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal.”

We have a Rock that we can rely on. Joh 1.1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John is referring to Jesus as the Word in this verse. Our Rock.

I loved the movie “Rocky” when it came out, and have seen it a dozen times. The movies great theme; that you can win against all odds if you do not give up. Well, I believe I am not the only one liking the movie, and liking that we need somebody that fights like “The Rock” to make us move forward.

But we have also an eternal Rock, Jesus Christ, and when we trust in his name and his word it becomes a mighty fortress.

Be blessed in all you do today. God is for you, He loves you and will do anything in his power to make you have a good life filled with joy and peace. Trust him <3


Cauliflower salad For 2
Ingredients:

200g cauliflower

100g salad

3 sliced silver onion

100g Brussels sprouts

 

Method:

1.    Start by putting the cauliflower in the food processor and blend.

2.    Chop the salad and the silver onion

3.    Decorate

4.    I like to have sweet chili sauce over the salad.

5.    Enjoy!
