Happy Sunday. Sharing with you today a recipe on a delicious soup that my good friend Britt made the other day when I was visiting her. She has so much knowledge about food and is an excellent cook.
Easy to make and taste just delicious. Enjoy!
20 g onion
1/4 red chilli
2 feed garlic
Mix in Food Processor
1 tablespoon olive oil / cocosolje
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1/8 teaspoon garamasala
Brown the fresh spices in oil, add the dry spice
150g cauliflower sliced
1 cup vegetable stock
simmer for about 20 min
Run in the food processor
