Hope you all are enjoying a wonderful Saturday. Have had a relaxing morning just shilling and taking it slow. I have had time to do some cleaning, and are having people over tonight, so it had to be done.

This time next week I will be on the plain heading for India to visit my dear friend Alana. I am so excited to finally have the opportunity to travel to Delhi, and to meet her. She is such a wonderful person and we will have some amazing days together.

Taking my breakfast now at lunch time, and had some nuts that I crocked and some blueberries and cranberries in the freezer from Christmas. It just had to be a lot of lots of dark chocolate on the oat breakfast. Getting my energy level up to do the workout that I so desperately need.

Wishing you all a lovely day may it be an amazing one.

50g oatmeal 50g sesame seeds 50g black sesame seeds 50g sunflower seeds 50g raisins 1tsp cinnamon 1tsp ginger 1/2 tsp anise 1/2 tsp cardamom 150g chopped nuts (walnuts/hazelnuts/almond) 1tbsp honey

I mix the honey with the nuts and have them in the oven for about 3-5 min. 200C. Then I mix the spice and add it all together. Easy to make and tastes delicious.

  • To make the oatmeal just cook for 5-10 min with 1 cup breakfast mix, 1 cup almond milk, ½ cup water, 1 tbsp. honey & some salt.
