Did you know that there are two main types of cinnamon:
- Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), often considered to be “true cinnamon”
- Cassia cinnamon or Chinese cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum), which originates from southern China, is typically less expensive than Ceylon cinnamon.
Cinnamon can be used to help treat infections, the common cold, loss of appetite.
It is a great source of manganese, fiber, iron, and calcium. When added to food, it inhibits bacterial growth and food spoilage, making it a natural food preservative.

200g frozen mango
2 cups almond milk
1 tbsp cinnamon, you can reduce the amount
1 tsp anise
6 dates, remove the stone
| Method:1. Start by putting all the ingredients in the blender.
2. Blend smooth
3. Decorate with your favorite accessories.
