Happy weekend! Hope you have had a good week and are ready for a nice weekend.
No outdoor activities for me then. It is a bit too cold in Norway for my taste, so indoor activities will definitely be preferred. Have some coffee appointments with some good friends, and my daughter has made an appointment with me this Sunday. It is Mothers day in Norway, and I had to hold the day because she had some plans for her & me. Blessed with a lovely daughter. Make sure you have a good weekend and to be thankful for the little things in life. Thankful thoughts are contagious. Oatmeal with Raspberry sauce on the breakfast menu today. Just love the red color on the raspberry sauce and it tastes just delicious.

|Oatmeal breakfast with Raspberry sauce|
|100g Breakfast mix1 ½ cup almond milk
1 cup grapefruit juice non
4 dates, remove the stone
Oatmeal: Cook for 3-6 min.
Put all the ingredients in the blender & blend well.
|Spicy breakfast mix|
|50g oatmeal50 sesame seeds
50g black sesame seeds
50g sunflower seeds
½ tsp anise
½ tsp cardamom
150g chopped nuts (walnuts/hazelnuts/almonds)
I mix the honey with the nuts and have them in the oven for about 3-5 min. 200C
Then I mix the spice and add it all together. Easy to make and tasted delicious.
You can add whatever you like of seeds, nuts and other delicious ingredients.
The spic mix is something I use also in cakes and smoothies.
