New week, with wonderful weather in Sarpsborg, Norway. Just got that spring feeling and got a kick to make something green. Late breakfast, or I can call it breakfast/lunch/dinner all in one. Just look at the recipe.

Not the most fancy pictures today, but it is really a benefit kicker & have lots of glowing nutrition’s for your skin. And believe it or not, it actually tastes very good.

Here are some of the nutrients in one avocado; Vitamin K, Folate, VitaminC, Potassium, VitaminB5, VitaminB6, VitaminE. Then it also contains small amounts of Magnesium, Maganese, Copper, Iron and Zinc. Loaded with fiber, antioxidants, & it nutrients the skin from the inside and out.


1 avocado

1 carrot

1 peach

50g spinach

50g frozen green peas

2 cups green tea

1 tbsp Chlorella & 2 stalks celleri

Topped with carrot & rutabaga
