Posting my favorite energy smoothie today. It is perfect after your workout or if you just need some ekstra energy.

100g frozen mango
1 banana
4 dates
50g peanuts
50g walnuts
Seeds from ½ vanilla bean
1 cup almond milk
Put all in the blender and blend well. Enjoy!

I often lack good workout tips and seems to get stuck with the same exercise for my muscles.
