Energy Smoothie

Autumn is such a lovely season with all its color and the amazing light and foggy mornings. The only thing I do not like about autumns in Norway is that it is getting colder. As you might have found out, I just love food pictures and to find the right angel and light to just reflect the food in a good way. For the last months I have been working on several projects and have not had time to this hobby so I am sharing my old pictures with you. Hope to get time for this hobby in October, in a new location. Will keep you updated.


Recipe;
1 banana
50g frozen mango
4 medjol dates
1 tbsp raw cocoa
Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp Acai

1 tsp Greens berry It Works

1 tsp Peanut butter

1 tbsp chocolate shake It Works
Put all in the blender and blend well. Enjoy ūüėä


Just love this shake and always mix it with my smoothie.

It has the perfect ingredients for the muscles after a good workout.


This Green berry is my energy booster every day.

You can mix it in juice, water or smoothie and it will give you just the right amount of energy to do your days tasks.
