MAKE: You have a choice

In life, most of us have a choice on how we want our lives to be. Awareness of this choice makes it easier to choose the right way to walk. What we might often forget is that no matter what choice we make, we will pay a price. So, next time you are at a crossroad, small or huge, just remind yourself that your choices will give you consequences; good ones  and not so good.

Just imagine some time ahead in the future of how you would like to live with these consequences and the price it will cost you. I believe you would find it much easier to take the right choice if you do this exercise.


LIFE: It is yours

Remind yourself that your life is your responsibility. Guard your mind each day and put thoughts like; I determined who I will be and I am amazing in becoming the best version of me, into your mindset.

Surround yourself with people and activities that strengthens the person you want to be or become. Make positive thinking and actions a habit.

A good life rule is; “whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” Philippians 4.8


FUN:  What makes you happy

You might find it strange that it is important to have focus on life being fun. My experience is that we often are so busy and have so much to do.

The simplest things in life is so easily to ignore, but gives so much joy if we take time to enjoy them. The more we put our mind on thanking and enjoying life, the more fun we may find it to be. Taking time to at least two fun activities daily will give our lives a better quality.

Laugh a lot, be silly and just enjoy!


LIVING:  You are In charge

To be incharge and to take responsibility over your own life are to different things.

One definition of the word responsibility is; answerable, or accountable for something within one’s power, control, or management. And, one definition of to be incharge is; a person who takes responsibility for someone or something.

Often these two actions are mixed together, but there might be a good idea to have awareness of the two definitions. It sharpens our mind that in our daily life we are in charge and can take responsibility in the areas we face.
