A beautiful Saturday to you. Hope you have had time to relax and just do something nice.
This weekend came just right on time. Sometimes it is just nice to take time to load the batteries. I had time to do that yesterday, and is ready for action again today. Made myself a good pizza and watched a good movie; “I am a soldier”. It is based on the principles, rules and the demands becoming a S.A.S soldier, The Special Air Service, “The S.A.S. Is the United Kingdom’s most renowned Special Forces Regiment, tasked with life threatening missions in some of the most dangerous places.”
Have had a very enjoyable time in Strømstad, Sweden with my daughter today. It was pretty cold, so luckily we had taken warm clothes on, but it did not help because of the cold wind from the sea. So it became a rather short walk in the city before we headed to the grocery mal.
Sharing my pizza recipe and the recipe of a delicious cashew sauce. I have an addiction to cashew nuts, and love to use it as often as possible.

The benefits of cashews are many. It has a lower fat content than other nuts, and since I love nuts, then this is just perfect for me. I eat lots of cashews because they taste just amazing. It contains lots of enzymes that gives your hair and skin a good look. It also contains lots of magnesium which is good for the nerve system,and is also good for our bones.
|Friday Pizza||For 2||Prep.time: 10 min|
|100g Durum flour
100g Rice flour
25g yeast or 2 tsp baking soda
100g cheese or 2 eggs / 100g chickpeas liquid
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
150g water if you only use cheese/ 50g water if you use eggs or chickpea liquid
Salt and pepper
1. Start by putting all the ingredients in a bowl and blend well.
2. Remember that the liquid has to be lukewarm. Blend well.
3. Put your favorite accessories on the pizza and your favorite sauce.
4. Cook in the center of the own for 20 min on 200C.

|Cashew sauce||For 4||Prep.time: 10 min|
125g cashew nuts
1 cup almond milk
Salt & pepper
1. Start by putting the cashenuts in the food processor.
2. Blend smooth.
3. Add salt & pepper and almond milk. You can add or reduce the amount of almond milk after how you want your sauce.
