Sesame Bread

We just love this sesame bread. It tastes so good and remain fresh for several days. It is easy to make and you kan put it in the freezer and it tastes just as good once you have defrosted it.

200 g almonds
250 g sesame seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
250 g buckwheat flower
3 tabelspoons Fibrex
3 tabelspoons oat bran
2 tabelspoons chia
2 small bananas, grated
2 dates
6 dl water

Put almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and dates in the foodprosessor. Run for 2 min.
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and stir well.

I have used four small round cake tins, about 15 cm in diameter. They make fine sandwich bread. Use the cake tin you prefer.
It is important that the bread is not higher than max 4-5 cm. If they are higer, they will not be cooked through.
Let everything swell for about 1 hour.

Bake on the lowest shell in about 45 min, 180C. Leave for 30 min so the bread has time to rest.

Hope you will enjoy this bread as much as we do!

Grapefruit Smoothie

I am very fond of grapefruit, and especially this smoothie. It is very refreshing.

1 grapefruit
1 mango
1/2 sitron
4 tablespoons alovera juice

Peel, remove the fruit seeds, cut into cubes and put it all in the blender for about 2 min.
Now you are ready to taste. Enjoy!
