Over the years I have searched the internet for information about anti-inflammatory food, and food that gives the body a detox. I have found that there are so much good information out there. You can look it up if you are interested.

I have made a list over food that has good effect on our body when we struggle with different kinds of inflammation. You can also find a list over food that detox. You can find both of my lists below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anti-Inflammatory food

Food that is good for the body and helps it heal when it is inflamed.

    • basil, chamomile, licorice, wormwood
  • Spice
    • turmeric, ginger, anise, cinnamon
  • Minerals
    • silica
  • Seeds & Nuts
    • canola, flaxseed, hemp seeds, chia seeds
    • walnuts, almonds
  • Berries & Fruit
    • cherry, acaí, strawberry, blueberry
    • apples, oranges, pineapple
  • Vegetables o.a
    • carrots, sweet potatoes, beets, artichoke, fennel
    • spinach,  onion, garlic, olive oil, aloe vera

 

Detox food

A happy liver gives a happy body.
