juni salat blomster

I wish you all a beautiful day full of God’s abundant blessings. I am looking forward to a drive to Sweden today where there are birthday parties and family reunions. Todays lunch salad is very simple; fruit, kale and tomatoes. Just love the colors.

Read in Jeremiah this morning, in 6:16 it says; “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”

God loves us so much that he gave his only son so we could receive all the blessings of God; mercy, forgiveness, love, purity, freedom, joy etc. Freedom to make actions. To say yes or no to what he has given us; freedom from darkness, freedom to live a life of Grace, joy, peace and forgiveness. When we choose to say yes, we choose actively to become familiar with and take part in who Jesus Christ is. When Jeremiah writes; ask for the ancient paths; he believes that through prayer, thanksgiving and worship, and by studying the Word of God; is us walking in the old paths. When we actively receive the blessings of God, we will find rest for our souls.

We are saved by Grace; we have been given a new life through Jesus Christ. Let us live this life through actively making the right choices every day as the wisdom of God’s Word gives us too.

Kale & tomato salad For 2 Prep.time: 10 min

1 orange

10 small yellow tomatoes

10 small red tomatoes

100g blueberries

100g physalis

100g kale

4 tsp chili & garlic oil

1.    cut up the ingredients the way you want them.

2.    Decorate your plates.

3.    Have the chili and garlic oil over the salad. I use to have a glass with garlic in oil added chili spices in the refrigerator. It gives as good taste in salads and other dishes.

4.    Enjoy!

Did you know that kale is propped with iron and fiber? It has almost no calories, and is high in vitamin K, antioxidants and are a great anti-inflammatory food.
