How to keep that energized feeling long after the detox is over
The good thing about going to a period of detox is the reflection we make about our own habits and how they affect our living.
We all would like to have lots of energy, glowing skin, brains that just are fully loaded and have no limits in their GB. And that is something we actually can accomplish.
One step is to continue that good reflection over what & why.
What would this bring of value into my lifestyle today and what benefits will it also give tomorrow.
I have to admit that I am so week for Schilling rolls. I just love, love, love them. What they do for me today – my, oh, my. Yes that is a good feeling, but what they actually do for me tomorrow – that is a totally different story. I can today eat whatever I want. I am healed from my severe food intolerance and also from my severe incurable inflammation diagnose. Even so – there are some food that will give me some benefits that I have to consider if I really would like to have. And I think you also have it the same way.
So in order to maintain the good quality of the benefits throughout our detox – we have to make some choices.
That brings us to why.
Only you know why. Why you should and why you should not. And the reflection around this often has to do with who will my choices affect. As you might have experienced our choices do not only effect our self, but also our surroundings.

Keeping the good quality of a healthy fun living is not only set to food choices
I do not know about you, but I am totally dedicated when I sign up and that assignment is all I just want to focus on. But that is not how you build a good healthy fun living. I guess I have that after my father. Watching him over the years so dedicated and working him self totally out and then rest – reload and also load both body-soul-spirit, made me copy his habits. I had such admire for him and loved just being around when he worked, and that thought me a good working attitude – but life is more than work – right.

Here are some tips on how to live in a good balance – I am sure you have heard it before. But a good thing can not be said to often.
- Take YOU time every day
- Do 1 Fun activity each day
- Find 5 things you are grateful for everyday
- Sow seeds into others – kindness, good words, help someone, etc
- Plan your meals and follow up
- At the end of the day give yourself credit for good things you have done
- Memories good quotes or words. I like to memories bible verses. And Pray.
