Mango & Peanut smoothie with blackberries

Happy women’s day 2017. Hope you have had a good day and that you might have had time to enjoy your day. Posting an energy smoothie today. Easy recipe and easy to make.


Recipe;

100g frozen mango

1 banana

4 dates

50g peanuts

50g walnuts

Seeds from ½ vanilla bean

1 cup almond milk

 

Put all in the blender and blend well. Enjoy!
