Hope you are enjoying the Christmas weekend and have delicious food and enjoying moments. Posting my favorite homemade breakfast mix today. So, easy to make, and holds for a long time. You can put it in smoothie, yoghurt, oatmeal etc. I will put a full recipe on my blog later today, but have not time before late this evening since we are going to a Christmas dinner in Norway later today.

Wishing you all a lovely time. Remember to be grateful. It is the simple and closest things in life that hit our heart with joy and happiness and warm it forever.

Spicy breakfast mix
50g oatmeal

50 sesame seeds

50g black sesame seeds

50g sunflower seeds

50g raisins

1tsp cinnamon

1tsp ginger

½ tsp anise

½ tsp cardamom

150g chopped nuts (walnuts/hazelnuts/almonds)

1tbsp honey

I mix the honey with the nuts and have them in the oven for about 3-5 min. 200C

Then I mix the spice and add it all together. Easy to make and tasted delicious.

You can add whatever you like of seeds, nuts and other delicious ingredients.

The spic mix is something I use also in cakes and smoothies. It gives a good Christmas taste.

Hope you Enjoy it!
