Happy Sunday. Snowing in Norway, and it is a bit too cold for my taste, so a relaxing day was set on the calendar, with a spicy cinnamon smoothie to scare away the cold that has tried to be friend with my body. Along with some homemade cinnamon tea; two slices of ginger, 2 cinnamon & two anise stars. Cook for 10 min. I like to add some honey and just a bit milk. Tastes just perfect and it is taken care of the body at the same time.
|Spicy cinnamon Smoothie||For 2|
|Ingredients:200g frozen mango
2 cups almond milk
1 tbsp cinnamon, you can reduce the amount
1 tsp anise
6 dates, remove the stone
