Today’s recipe is very easy to make and take so little time. You can just add the amount of your favorite spice and ingredients. Wishing you a wonderful Monday with lots of joy and fun activities.


2 cups tomato puree, no sugar added

2 cups vegan yoghurt

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp oregano or 1 handful fresh

½ tsp Cayenne pepper 1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin

Salt & pepper

2 tsp red hot chili flakes

½ cup corn 3 stalks celery

½ red apple

2 cups red lentils

Chop and put in a boiler, add the rest and cook for 10-15 min. Enjoy


Vegan Yoghurt


200g cashew nuts, soak them in water overnight.

Remove the water and put in the blender

along with

two cups coconut milk

and seeds from 1/2 vanilla.

Blend well. Ready to use.
