Hope your day has started relaxing and fun I have had so much fun taking pictures this morning and the weather is just perfect ☕☕☕ As you might know I love chocolate. The last year I have not eaten any chocolate with sugar after I discovered raw cocoa. Totally delicious and full of antioxidants and other good benefits so I use a lot in my food. This recipe has few ingredients but the right one if you want energy.



1 banana

50g frozen mango

4 medjol dates

3 tbsp raw cocoa, use what you prefer

Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp Acai

Put all in the blender and blend well. Enjoy.


Benefits from Acai

You find the berries in the forest of Amazon. The berries have for centuries been seen as good health food and has a lot of oxidants and are used as a boost for energy.

It is good for the skin as it prevents aging and also have a good benefit to destress the stomach since it reduce irritation.
