Todays breakfast is also lunch. I had so much to do today, that i forgot all about the breakfast.

My heart is so set on Gods Grace for us these days. Life is all about Gods Grace. No matter who we are, what we have done, our how our circumstances is, He is our Grace.
Grace to be forgiven, Grace to give forgiveness, Grace to be set free, Grace to be healed, Grace to lift us from our circumstances, up on the mountain where he gives us his peace, love and guidance each day.
Colossians 1.13-14 “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”

Summer salad For 2
Ingredients:

5 salad leaves

100g beet rice

150g blueberries

100g red cabbage

100g green peas

150g white rice

Sweet chili sauce and soy sauce

 

Method:

Cook the rice as it says on the package. To make the beet rice you need 2 cups of liquid from beets. Cook the rice in the liquid from the beets instead of using water. Let the rice cool down.

Put the salad leaves on a plate and decorate with the beet rice and the chopped red cabbage. Put the green peas, the white rice, the blueberries and the sauces in glasses.
