Weekend bread


I’ve become very fond of baking with chickpea flour and sesame seeds. This is an easy recipe that is quick to make. And that taste absolutely delicious with homemade jams.


1 dl buckwheat

3 dl chickpea flour

1 dl sesame seeds

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp Fibrex

1 tbsp oatmeal

25 g yeast

2 dl water


You start by putting all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Then you add lukewarm water (37C). Mix it all together. I use 1 tablespoon cocosa in my palms when I make the breads. Put in the center of the Owen and cook for 30 min. on 180C. Enjoy!
