2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and cut in slices

½ apple cut in slices

1 tsp raw honey

Put in small pot and add water and boil for about 10 min. Add the honey and almond milk (may skip this). Enjoy

Put in small pot and add water. Boil for about 10 min. Add the honey and slice of lemon. Enjoy.

1 cup orange juice

1 cup cranberry juice

1 star anise

1 tsp raw honey

Put in small pot, boil for about 10 min and add honey. Add orange slive.
